Before I went to the salon, I call to get a price and was quote x amount of dollars. I show up to get my hair done, and was treated rude by the person who wash my hair. Once I finally sat in the seat to get my hair to straighten, I was ask do I want your ends trim. I said yes of course. Once it was time for me to pay I was charge EXTRA for having thick hair, for conditioner and getting a TRIM. I would not EVER step foot in this place again.
I've been there a couple of times & always pleased.
