I’ve been really hesitant to write this review because this is a salon I truly used to love. Growing up, I had my hair done here regularly, and other services I’ve received—facials and massages—have always been amazing. Because of that history, this experience was especially disappointing. About a month ago, I came in with reddish-brown hair hoping to switch to a dark brown (almost black) color on top with peekaboo blonde underneath. My stylist was upfront that the underlayer might not lift perfectly due to my color history, and we discussed that in advance. I agreed to move forward knowing that, worst case, if I didn’t love it, we could simply match the underneath to the rest of my hair—something she confirmed was totally doable. The underlayer did lift, but it wasn’t a consistent blond

My daughter is very socially awkward so choosing the right hair dresser was a must. After reviewing I made the appt with Jeana. Jeana was very professional and my daughter really opened up with her. My daughter’s hair turned out absolutely beautiful, Jeana took the time to explain to her good hair hygiene and styling tips. The time and attention that she took with my daughter was amazing! By far the best experience we’ve ever encountered and my daughter couldn’t be more happy! Will be returning!

Andrea did a wonderful job on my hair trim! She was attentive to my hair history and kept my desired length while taking off enough ends to make my hair healthy and smooth. I really appreciated her recommendations on products and hair care, she helped me a lot with understanding how products work and what I can do to improve my scalp health (fyi she was not pushy on selling products to me, only providing helpful info). She is definitely a stylist who cares about hair health and desired look, rather than rushing and ruining your hair in the long run (something I’ve experienced at different salons/stylists). Ciarra was very accommodating to me being pregnant and made sure I was very comfortable and checked on me multiple times throughout the service. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the health and state of my skin and even gave me products to take come to help with my hormonal acne. She’s very polite and professional and offered a safe space for me to vent, it felt like a facial and therapy session wrapped into one. My skin feels and looks better than it has since I’ve gotten pregnant. I’m very happy with the results and had an overall wonderful experience. I will be returning to see ciarra!

Lexi was amazing! I didn’t really have any specific cut in mind so she recommended a curly cut, which I had never done before, and I am really pleased with the results. She took a lot of care to explain to me what kinds of products I should try, best methods for drying the curls, showed me how to apply different products to maximize my curls, and just did a really great job explaining to me how to take care of the cut at home. The salon is gorgeous and the reception staff was so pleasant to interact with, literally the whole vibe of my visit was genuinely fantastic from start to finish. Already looking forward to my next appointment!
