Bellevue Nails

Best nail salon I have been to in my nearly 10 years living in Nashville. 3 things are important to me when I visit a nail salon, and this one excelled at at ALL OF THEM! First, it was immaculate and well maintained inside. Clean, no dust in the floors or on the decor, all the equipment and supplies were stored neatly and in well cared for condition. Second, the gentleman who did my nails, Steven, was patient and not rushed. He took his time and did a thorough job caring for my cuticles and painting my nails. Finally, everyone in the shop was kind to each other. It just felt like a peaceful, relaxing treat of a mani/pedi, which is hard to come across in a busy city like Nashville (mentioned I've been here nearly 10 years, right?). To the owners and staff, and especially Mr. Steven:

Tran up front did excellent on my nail design! I showed him a picture and he matched exactly what I wanted. Perfect nails for fall! I have been going here for about 6 months and will continue to return. In my opinion, they are the best in Bellevue!

I came to this salon as the reviews on Google were good but i see now why the reviews on yelp are not as high. I went in 2 days ago for a dip soak off and a new set of dip nails with a little design on the accent nail. They were busy so it took a while but I didn't mind that. The lady doing my nails was heavy handed when drilling off my old dip but i figured some people are a little tougher and that's fine.... However she CUT both of my middle fingers, one from the clippers and not paying attention and the other one from FILING my nail so rough and again not paying attention to my nails. She was very distracted the whole time, constantly looking up and managing stuff around the salon. I'm not the type of person to mention when something is bothering me but I even pointed out how she cut me

Tran does a great job on my nails every time. Everyone that works here is just so helpful. Really lovely people. Affordable and clean!

I went in for a simple dip powder removal. I sat soaking my nails in acetone for over 30 minutes, told to rub off the remaining polish myself and then wash my hands. That was all, no further service. I left the salon with polish and damage on my skin, places eaten away in my nails, and no buffing off the old polish; you can still see where it was on my nails. I will not be going back as skin and nail damage are not reasonable expectations at a nail salon.
