Belle Vie Hair Studio

My first experience at this salon was excellent. Unfortunately, my second experience was the complete opposite. I scheduled a 12:00 PM appointment a month and a half in advance. When I arrived, I was informed that my appointment was supposedly at 10:00 AM—which is unequivocally incorrect. At no point did the salon confirm this appointment with me, nor did anyone contact me when I was marked as a ‘no‑show’ at 10:00. I was then told they could accommodate either a haircut or a color, but not both. As I had an event later that evening, this was not a viable option. The entire purpose of booking the appointment was to receive both services. Prior to posting this review, I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the owner. Nice and clean salon. Very courteous staff. Both the stylist and the girl who washed my hair were named Ashley :) They were really nice and did my wash, cut and style in under an hour. I loved how my cut came out. Love my blow dry and long layers! Will be returning.

I have been a client of Belle Vie since 2 months after they opened, and have always walked out very happy with the results, the care, and the attention I have received. I have been with Denise since my first visit, but Ashley has taken very good care of me if Denise was not available. Meagan is very sweet and I always enjoy the care and attention from her when she assists Denise , and washes, rinses, and does other treatments on my hair. Denise is very patient with my requests and manages to do what I mean when I have a hard time explaining . I love walking in and being welcomed, and I love the results when I walk out. I can't say enough positive comments !

I had a wig installed, by Janice hair by Belle Vie great customer service. The environment was amazing and so was the stylist. did an incredible job – exactly what I wanted. Super friendly, skilled, and professional. I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend

My daughter got her hair done by Ashley yesterday and it looks beautiful. My daughter is so excited about her new hair cut and blow out. My daughter's hair is thick and curly usually and it came out beautiful.
