I was a walk-in. They saw me within a minute of my arrival. Decent customer service* and they did an excellent job on my eyebrows. I’ll likely return. *Maybe it was my imagination but they seemed extra nice after my car key fob fell out of my pocket.

I had searched on TikTok where they did eyebrows for men near by, the great content made me feel more confident in them! Scheduled an appointment with Sabrina and she did an amazing job, made me feel comfortable and took her time, I really liked how she squeezed me in before the dates she had available, I will definitely be back with Sabrina! I was clueless if I needed to wax or thread them and she helped out a lot, thank you again Sabrina!

Showed up 5 minutes before 6, the girl in the front takes my info and the Indian lady says no. The receptionist proceeds to tell me they’re closing I said your hours show 7 thats more than 1 hour. This is the only time I’m able to come and they turn me away? Please update your hours because that is so rude and unprofessional. Been coming here for years and service is seriously declining

My other brow threading place was extremely expensive and it felt like they just wanted my money without giving me the brows I wanted. Saw the reviews for this place and thought I'd give it a shot. Booked with Theresa and she did not disappoint! I told her I was worried because I've had my brows botched before. She said not to worry that she got me and boy did she! I like my brows thicker and have more of a straight brow arch and she listened to everything I said! And it was PAINLESS! Will be coming back. They're so clean. I'm in love.

Eyebrows are uneven and my friend’s eyebrows came out horrible they took a piece off her eyebrow and left some extra hair on the side. Never coming back again….
