I have been coming here for quite a while. All of the ladies are great and very friendly. I had the pleasure of being styled by Betzy yesterday. I showed her a picture of my desired hair style and she nailed it! Thank you Betzy! Her hands are truly gifted 😊

Ladies! Ladies! Ladies.. let me tell you about my experience with this salon. After several months searching for a hair salon, it was suggested I go to the Dominicans they will do great on your hair. It was one of the most horrifying experience I've ever had. From the start to finish. These people are not gentle on your hair at all. They pulled tugged and yacked my hair. I looked down while going to dryer and it was 2 big clumps of MY HAIR😡🤬 on the floor. They do not use widetooth combs, they use brushes on wet hair. BRUSHESSS!! I am a black woman and you are never suppose to use a brush on black people wet hair especially If you have relaxer. They use the same product on everybody's hair. I’ve been coming here off and on for years never had an issue until my last visit a couple weeks ago. I’ve been natural for 4 years. Went in for silk press and they had to put some type of straightener in my hair . I washed my hair a couple weeks later my curl pattern was practically gone. I have 4c hair and it was very soft and straight. The said thing is you have no idea what they’re mixing in with the shampoo and conditioner until it’s too late. Ladies be very careful if you’re natural. I won’t be using them again.

I’ve been coming here off & on for over 6 years, never had a problem until my recent visit… where they decided to put relaxer in my natural hair without telling me. Devastated is an understatement. I’ve been natural since 2010, & all of my hard work has gone down the drain. My curls are gone and I’m having to start completely over! Please please please, if you have natural hair, DO NOT GO HERE.
