I really didn’t want to write this, but after giving the owner over three weeks to handle this privately—and being met with silence, blame, and then harassment—I feel obligated to warn others. I got my lashes done here on 5/10. It was only my second time ever getting them done professionally. By the end of the appointment, my eyes were burning so badly the lash tech handed me a fan. When I looked in the mirror, there was glue and tint smeared all over my eyelids. My lids were literally sticking together. I asked for something to clean it off and she refused, saying I couldn’t get them wet. I left in tears from how badly my eyes burned. Once I was finally able to wash my eyes days later, I saw the front of my lashes were completely fried—sticking straight out, overlapping, and looking blea

Do not go! The owner is never there and neglects the employees that run it while she’s gone months on end. She’s rude unprofessional and a little smelly in there. There’s probably a reason there’s no advertisement for this place. I’ve went in plenty times and asked for Yosha and the employees never know where she is or when she’ll be back. I had one service and it was a nightmare, got better luck getting a Brazilian at Burger King

Yosha was able to accommodate me for a last minute Brazilian wax late on a Saturday afternoon. Her Spa is absolutely gorgeous. It was the least painful waxing experience I have ever had…very gentle and zero irritation afterwards. Yosha is highly recommended and I will definitely be back to see her.

I had my lashes done by Tianna. This was my first time ever getting lash extensions and wasn’t sure if I was going to like them or not. I am absolutely obsessed with them! She did such a seamless job, and the vibes while getting them done were so relaxing and laid back. I will be definitely coming back because of such a great experience 🥰

I got a express facial and PCA sensi peel this morning at 11 am. Owner was kind and on time. Spa was super clean and modern in design. Yosha (Owner) asked me how I wanted my lighting, and if there was any special music request that I wanted. I thought that was really nice, put a personalized touch on the whole experience. Facial was calming and relaxing and was able to purchase a post treatment kit as well. I will for sure be back, because this is the only place like this in Shallotte.
