It's a very long story, but to make it short I purchased products/merchandise from this location and was told that I could exchange the products. I called the location and was told at 5:00pm that I could come and exchange them instead of a refund which I agreed to and I told the lady Michelle I was on the way. I get there at 5:31pm and drove all the way from Copperas Cove to complete the exchange and when I got there they denied that I could exchange the products. Nasty attitude from the owner. The black lady who was standing there to assist wanted to do something, but she couldn't as she looked at the owner and the owner just looked away and sat in the chair behind the counter, as if she could careless about what was just stated to me on the phone. I bought several items at BellaPop Beauty Supply, including clip-on bangs, due to recent tangling issues with my hair. The store had a decent selection, but my experience soured immediately after leaving. When I tried the detangling brush, I found it painful to use and its clip kept falling off—unlike any other brushes I've owned. I shared my concerns with the owner at the register, but she refused to let me exchange it for a cheaper option. Instead, she reassembled the defective brush, knowing it would fall apart again. I won't be returning, as this reflects poor customer service. Had she been willing to facilitate an exchange, I would have continued shopping there. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I’m new to Killeen and was recommended by a friend of mine to go here. I’ve been coming here for a while now and this place has never disappointed me. The employees are super nice and always helpful. 10/10 I would recommend.

Assorted hair selection and colors. Excellent customer service was extremely helpful with finding me the texture and color needed. Nice atmosphere!!

I love it here everyone is so nice and the workers are always trying to help. They also have amazing deals on their Bella pop and Ari hair bundles, I would recommend coming.
