This was truly the best salon experience I’ve ever had. Tamika her assistant were incredibly kind, professional, and gentle with my hair. She was patient, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable, which made the entire experience feel so comfortable and reassuring. Danay is absolutely amazing—so kind, personable, and clearly passionate about delivering quality hair care. You can tell she genuinely strives for excellence and truly cares about solving hair concerns, not just providing a service. This salon truly stands out among others. I found this place on Groupon, and I gave it a try. The service is wonderful. Both ladies did a great job on my hair. My silk press lasted over 2 weeks, and I'm pretty sure it could have lasted more. Update: On my second trip, I received the same great service. I also have to add that my hair reverted to its original curl pattern without any sign of heat damage. I like that they care about the health of their clients' hair. Another plus is they use premium shampoo and conditioner.

Danay has been doing my hair since 2021 and her service is consistent! Her prices are also consistent and she has several options to choose from to nurture your hair! She's personable and takes her time with you as well! After wearing braids for several months, I'm back now and plan to get on a every 2 week schedule with her! I found Bella Xpress on social media and took a chance because the reviews were great. My first visit confirmed it. Not only did they offer great service, their treatments are fantastic and well-priced. Super professional and quick. And because they are priced well, I’ll be back more often. Top-notch. A++.

This was my first time coming to this salon, and this is now MY SALON, LOL. I saw her on TikTok, and made the appointment for a wedding event. Immediately, I got in, waited less than 5 minutes and her assistant washed my hair to gloryyyy. My hair and scalp feels so clean, and most importantly she was so gentle. She had a sweet spirit and I felt comfortable. I probably waited less than 20 minutes before Ms.Denay came in and started my hair. She was the most professional stylist I have ever dealt with, she asked questions about how I wanted my hair, and if I had to be anywhere, even though the shop says 2.5 hours service time, she was VERY considerate of your time and gave me the BEST silk press with so much body.
