Waited almost 45 minutes after my appointment time... The stylist that I was assigned to was not the one that did my hair... Stylist had no personality whatsoever and acted like she hated being there and that I was a burden... Didn't even ask what I wanted done... Showed her pictures after the fact and she said oh well can't do that because your hair is too clean and you don't have enough fullness... okay well those questions and conversation should have been done before service which I guess would be my fault for not pointing it out first but no products were used in my hair after I specifically said I need products in my hair to get full volume... Basically walked out crying because she did not listen and did not do what I asked for.... When I say full volume I mean volume and fullness l

My hair looks like absolute trash after Bella Baker colored it. She seems to lack experience and is very unfriendly. After telling her the color and service was not what we discussed ahead of time, she said oh well, this is all I can do. She claims this is balayage/ombre and charged me $265 😂 My color is uneven and inconsistent. Not to mention she left hair dye all over my face and on my shirt. She is by far, the worst stylist I have ever had!

Mattie is my go to for curly hair cut and color, She is super knowledgeable of color and different hair types and also gives a blowout that lasts almost a week! I drive an hour to go see her she’s definitely worth it, and the salon is very comfortable and exceptionally clean.

So happy I found J Clay Salon! Victoria is amazing! She saved my damaged hair and fixed a bad highlight job, my hair felt in better condition after visiting than it did when I got there! Highly recommend and I am now a loyal client and can't wait to try some of their other services! Photos show before and after
