0/10 they called last min(when I say last minute I mean less than 30 min before my appointment) canceled my tan! I asked to talk to a mananger and the receptionist told me that I can try again tomorrowto come in and get a tan after I specifically asked and told them ahead of time that I had a wedding the next day she just hung up! I tried calling back they picked up the phone and hung it straight up! I'm not sure who trained them in customer service but they need to take the course again!

Had a great experience here! I was nervous I had messed up my spray tan, but Autumn was so kind and allowed me to come back in and fixed it for me the next day! I was nervous because I very rarely get a spray tan, but I was made to feel very comfortable and confident before my event.

This tanning salon used to be one of the best around slowly it went down hill. The beds aren’t maintained in fact the upper level beds currently have bulbs out, there really isn’t a point to even tan in a level 3 as it has equal amount of bulbs not working , bed 1 has 2 Bulbs out bed 9 has a bulb out I mean they just don’t change the bulbs as they should. Of course you tell the manager she says she will tell Matt , Matt does nothing so either the buck is being passed or Matt doesn’t care about this business . Prior to all of this they was using vinegar to clean the beds finally they quit that hopefully they never do that again. There’s never wash clothes in the rooms . They’ve had some pretty terrible employees working for them , you go there to tan and no one be there that’s happened many

First time going to bella tanning salon, i got a month of unlimited visits for $40.00 if i end up liking it then I'm going to sign a year commitment and pay 20.00 a month. I'm starting at level 1
