I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Alex! She is a truly attentive and talented hairdresser who is all about making her clients happy. Having had my hair done most recently in both Europe and Toronto, I can confidently say that Alex's skills are top-tier. She has an incredible eye for color, listens to exactly what you want, and expertly tailors the cut and color to your complexion. It's rare to find a stylist so dedicated to her craft and so focused on ensuring her clients leave with a look that is a perfect fit. I left feeling completely happy and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I went to get a haircut with Amanda, I showed her pictures of the haircut I wanted. She asked me in terms of length how much did I want to cut off. I said 3 inches, I made a gesture with my hand as well as to what 3 inches would be. I wanted face framing, and also layers. She explained the layers would be shorter than the rest of the total length of the hair as she also stated it would be a “v” shape. Without further explaining we agreed on the cut. So she proceeded. The first two photos is reference to the type of haircut I wanted, the third picture will show the length of my hair, it was just above my waist line. Lastly, the picture of the actual hair cut she gave me. She literally cut 6 inches off my hair. I was very upset almost in tears, I told her I haven’t had hair that short in ove

Michelle is a fabulous hairstylist I have been going to her for over 15 years. My hair is always perfection. Kylie is so talented with the headspa. She really creates a calming atmosphere and is so thorough. She showed me a video of my scalp and gave a good scalp wash. She uses a mint scalp treatment which feels cool and tingly. Her arm and neck massage was very enjoyable! (And I am picky!) She goes above and beyond to create a personalized experience for every client. Overall a great experience and cannot wait to come back for another.

Very very average head spa experience. They are not professionals at all and its not relaxing. Waste of money

Amazing!!!!!!! My friends and I went in for the works head spa and it was Terrific!!!!!! We got the works and I was so relaxed and pampered! Made me feel so comfortable. Definitely will be coming again!
