Joanna took her time and made sure nothing felt rushed. She carefully assessed my skin and recognized that I have combination skin, so she customized the treatment using different handmade, organic masks for each area. You could genuinely feel the quality of the products. She removed my dry skin and whiteheads, and my face looked brighter, smoother, and refreshed. I went to get my eye brows cleaned. I don't usually go here but saw it on the way to brea mall. I needed my brows done for my birthday. It was so painful then she applied I thought she left a bruise from pressing so hard before she pulled the wax. It was red when I got home. A few days later there was cuts. I usually dont complain so I said thank you but not going there to get my brows done again.

I recently visited Bella Nail and Spa for acrylic nails in an almond shape with dip polish. The appointment took about an hour and 20 minutes, and while the service was okay, it left much to be desired. The nail technician seemed to lack attention to detail—my nails weren’t fully finished with topcoat, and they began chipping the very next day. I went back the following day, and they did fix the issue without any hassle, but it’s frustrating that I had to make the return trip in the first place. As for the atmosphere, it was pretty basic. They had the news playing on the TV, but there was no music or any relaxing ambiance. They also didn’t offer any beverages during my visit, which would have been a nice touch.
