Hands down - the best place on Staten Island to get your nails done, and #1 pedicure spot! It is very clean and professional. They give you a free massage while drying / having gel polish applied. Outside of the impeccable service, my favorite thing is that my nail techs are always ready at the precise time of my appointment. Photoed are the designed nails I had gotten this summer for my Universal (Harry Potter world) and Disney trip!

Worst experience ever! They overcharge for terrible service. Treated terribly. Worst pedicure Ive ever seen. No foot massage. Terrible attitude.

I recently visited this salon and was disappointed by my experience. I had heard there were new owners, but it seems the staff dynamics haven't changed not sure if they are not happy with the new owners I went in for a pedicure and specifically asked for a French pedicure they left old red polish on every single toe that I came in with. Also the white lines were done horribly. I only noticed it at the end, as I usually leave happy from my visits. Additionally, my father came in for an eyebrow waxing and was left waiting in a room for 30 minutes. When the staff finally realized he was still there, they laughed instead of apologizing, which felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied and unhappy with the service. Will not be returning!
