i don’t usually write bad reviews but for the service I have received, i cannot recommend this place. honestly upsetting. both times i’ve gone a nail has broken off the first week. this time, 5 of my nails broke off within 2 weeks. QUALITY acrylic nails do not break off within 2 weeks. talked to kevin about it and he said he will fix it but then a woman at the salon tried to charge me. not worth the $70 i payed and will not come back.

First time I went here, got the cutest nails! A chrome acrylic set and they're so well done. $60 not including tip and took just a bit over an hour to finish! Kevin did an amazing job, was very attentive and kept referencing the inspo pic, making sure to ask lots of questions to make it as accurate as possible. Love and will definitely be going back here!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED- Lost diamond ring During my manicure, I was asked to remove my solitaire diamond ring, which was placed by the tech in a cup holder at the station. 1 hour after leaving, I realized it was missing and contacted the salon which had already closed. I tried multiple times that evening and the next day. Finally when I got a chance to speak to someone, i told him exactly where the tech had placed the ring. He said that he did not find the ring. Upon my request to check the CCTV camera, he immediately replied back saying that it showed nothing and hung up the phone. Sharing for awareness so that others can be cautious with valuables.

Used to really love this place. I wouldn’t leave a negative review except I feel like I need to know if a place does this kind of thing so it’s not cool for me not to say something. Kevin did my nails last. They were very thin one broke within two days of having the nails done, my pedicure was trash, and the polish immediately came off. That said that is never happened to me there before they usually do an excellent job and the nails last and look great. For the amount I spent and tipped it was severely disappointing. These were supposed to at least last me two weeks didn’t even make it two days again, though never happened to me there before they are usually excellent.

Best nail spa in town, Kevin is amazing if you’re looking for any type of nail art he is the one to go to. He is professional and passionate in the work he does. He pays attention to details, i have been coming to Bella Nail Spa for over 5 years now and always leave happy and impressed with the work Kevin does. Highly recommend him
