To make a long story short: please don’t go to Claudia. My first appointment was to turn my patchy red hair to a blonde. And she asked me what color I wanted and I made it clear that I did not want platinum blonde. I was pretty happy with my hair and then I went onto my second appointment where she told me it was just for a deep conditioning treatment for $30. Because she did not communicate with me at all throughout the entire appointment, she ended up doing my roots at four weeks which damaged my roots. And then she charged me with an extra $60 for her mistake. She even blamed it on my mom who was in contact with her to arrange my appointments, saying that my mom said to do my roots. So by my second appointment, I walked out with my roots done, and my hair being lighter than last time.

Sierra did amazing with my hair! She is super friendly and easy to talk to! As you can see from these pics she does some magic with colors!

I have gone to Laura several times and went to Claudia this last time. They are both amazing! I 100% recommend both of them. I’ve done highlights, simple cuts, and a perm through them. All of them came out great.

Laura is the ABSOLUTE best! She treats you like family and is quick and affordable! I always leave the Salon smiling! Norma is so SUPER sweet and is also fantastic! If you need a new hairdresser, these are the ladies you need to see!
