I’m so glad Jessica is finally Downtown Emma! I highly recommend Jessica for any and all types of Color and Haircut Services. She always takes her time focusing on just you. And I have always loved my results. Reasonable pricing. Great vibe in salon.

I’ve known Andrea for years and she does the BEST lashes! Absolutely never disappoints. Also, her facials are so relaxing and borderline addicting. She also does great hair removal. Love her!

I had a nice time but the cut I received wasn’t what I asked for. I asked for a nice v and layers, it’s all one length and very hard to manage. I even spoke with the stylist about my disability and how important having my hair cut properly is for me to manage it nicely. It’s really become hard to manage for me and I’m so sad I wasted money. I usually can do my own layers but decided to treat myself to a paid cut and now I need to fix it once it grows back out. I showed up a little early to my appointment but I then sat waiting 20 mins past my appointment time to get started. I didn’t feel that scheduling was honored. I might go back to see if someone else can provide me with the cut I desired but I’m not very confident, unfortunately.

I just stopped in for my second time today. I got lash extensions with Andrea a few weeks ago and love them!!! She made sure that I understood how to take care of my lashes to make them last. And I just came in for a fill today. I have really short lashes and the lashes Andrea used for me are the perfect length since I don't wear makeup. I also had her clean up my eyebrows and she did excellent and they aren't to thin like I have had them done before at other places. I already booked a session to get my brows tinted a little darker and as soon as this woman is done with school for permanent makeup (can't come soon enough!) I am booking getting brows, eyeliner, and lips done. I am really impressed with her work and Andrea is very easy to talk too. I love the confidence boost with my lashes.

Maggie was my hairstylist. She did a FANTASTIC job! She truly listened to what I wanted, and made it happen. I did a honey blonde balayage. I would recommend her! Not to mention the staff being kind to my 2 boys that I needed to bring with me.
