Although I do like how my nails turned out, the overall service was not great. Kim was very rude and impatient. Whenever I tried to make sure my nails were done the way I liked, she would sigh and rush me, which made the experience uncomfortable. I also wish they had a better selection of natural nail colors, as the options were very limited. As for my friend, the male technician who worked on her nails did not listen to what she was asking for at all. Instead, he gave her what he wanted to do rather than following her requests. On top of that, he stopped working on her nails due to a soak and began working on another client, leaving her sitting there soaking for 20–30 minutes. my fiancé and I went to get my nails and toes done and he got a pedicure and the whole time we were there they were talking amongst themselves so loud me and my fiancé couldn’t even hear ourselves when trying to speak to each other. While they were trying to upsell their services to us they would not listen to our request about what we wanted done. I asked for my nails to be done a certain way with a glitter tip and she did white tip with glitter on top of the whole nail, which is not what I wanted and instead of my fiancé getting his feet rubbed, which is what he asked for all they did was charge $50 to not really do anything and just left his toenails hurting on 1 foot from digging and scraping instead of massaging like he asked.
