Mike was so patient and took his time, and made sure he addressed all of my concerns about my shape and thickness. These are my natural nails so I can be a little picky.we just did a powder overlay & He helped me choose a color that best complemented me and was an overall really nice experience I will be back! Thanks Mike my nails are perfect.

Update: The new polish also chipped within days and it’s supposed to be gel. Haven’t had this problem before. Also, toenail polish came off with regular nail polish remover which means they did not use gel which I paid for, and tipped 25%. Had to get my fingernails redone as polish came off the next day before my big event. There were multiple areas where the polish was chipped. I went back few days later when they were open again and was told “that happens sometimes” no apology. She blamed me for the gel coming off even though it didn’t last 24 hrs. The same ladies were there and one took off the gel polish and painted again with same color. It was obvious she was not happy. I said thank you twice yet she just walked away. What I asked for vs what I got. It was a women 5’3 no more than 5’5 with a blunt cut bob who did my nails. I asked for taper square, not only is it not the shape I wanted my nails are uneven and ugly she was rude when I asked her to fix her mistake. She even told me to hold on when I voiced my concerns through out my appointment. so I assumed they would look better in the end when I realizes it wasn’t what I wanted, I asked her to fix her mistake she said it would but it would be 5 more dollars. She claimed it’s because of the length I got my nails the shape couldn’t be achieved (I get my nails done once a month so I know that’s false) but if that was true why not discuss that with me before you completed my service. Walked in after being rudely turned away at another shop down the street. We recently moved to the area and needed to find a new spot. I was kindly greeted and received amazing service by everyone. Will definitely be a regular here.
