Bella Chicas Salon

I am very pleased with the wonderful job that Lauren did with my hair. I was in the neighborhood and saw that this place was open, decided to come in. Although I did not have an appointment they were very nice and accommodated me. Lauren did my hair and I left that place feeling like a new person! The atmosphere was nice and everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Prices were reasonable in my opinion. Although it takes me over 1 hour to get to Bloomfield, I will definitely come back whenever in the neighborhood again and of course will be scheduling my appointment beforehand. SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Wash and set, blower, flat iron and ends trimmed.

I gave them a reference photo with the style that i wanted and I also verbalized light bangs and lots of layers and they gave me blunt bangs with no layers? Once I saw in the mirror that she had given me blunt bangs all across, it was already too late. If you can’t do a haircut I request then should have said something ahead of time and I would’ve went on my way.

Horrible experience, they (Loren) did not give me what I asked for. My scalp has been burnt by and have about 4-5 spots of dried blood and dye. Overcharged for extra styles I did not ask for. Horrible horrible. Im stuck with in fear of my scalp being like this for a long time, I don’t know what to do.

TERRIBLE experience. I walked out looking and feeling like I never even went into the salon. Hair was not fully washed, I was told several times “you have a lot of hair” (if you can’t manage please don’t bother touching my hair) and I still had to pay. I’ve been going to this salon for as long as I can remember and all I can say it the service is great Everyone is treated equally I’ve been realizing some bad reviews and it doesn’t even look like work from this salon. There’s a salon near by the has basically the same name called Bella chic salon and that’s what I think the bad reviews are coming from Cuz there’s no way they’re talking about Bella chicas salon They prioritize hair health and customer service over anything and I mean that with my whole heart
