Super disappointed, had the nerve to call a client “irresponsible” when we tried calling & no one answered to notify the client was running late. Even sent many massages prior to the appointment. Alexis was EXTREMELY rude on the phone said she doesn’t speak Spanish when she’s clearly Colombian and sells Colombian “fajas” which the fajas are HORRIBLE! The customer service is super disrespectful & disappointing.
I went in for a consultation and Men’s facial. NaaNaa did a great job on analyzing my skin and I also received great quality service and suggestions about me skin care routine. I recommend.
