0 stars….I got my lashes done by Summer the end of September. I purchased a groupon for her shop hoping to save money, bad idea. The address wasn’t even the right one she had on the ad, and I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t call ahead. Got to my appointment and she wasn’t even there, was 15 minutes late but I dismissed that because I understand stuff happens. When she finally started it barely lasted an hour and it was a full set of volume lashes!! When I left my eyes burned tremendously(she used WAY too much glue). I had to actually wait in my car for about 15 minutes til my eyes stop watering to the point I could at least drive home. I had NO fall out for two weeks…none….they were super itchy and poking into my eyelids. THEN came the worst part, I started having lashes fall out, normal b

Covid-conscientious and safe. The staff is amazingly friendly and personable. And I really wanted to like them. I was hopeful and happy through out. It looked like it was going well. But when he finished and said okay. I was heartbroken. I haven’t been able to get my nails done in over 2 years. And I have debilitating anxiety so arguing or complaining is not an option for me. But this. He didn’t spread the acrylic over my entire nail beds and instead basically made hills over 7/8 of each nail. He didn’t seal any of the edges tip or sides and left all of the shavings on the underside from filing them. I have to share today's experiences at this salon. I came in for a simple pedicure, just a simple pedicure. First: Instead of soaking my feet to remove my calluses, the woman doing the pedicure convinced me to use some gel treatment for extra $5; I was told that without this gel I will not get good results, so I agreed to it. The woman put the gel on my feet and started scraping my dry calluses, removed just a bit and then stopped. I asked why she stopped and was told that she was afraid to hurt me. Usually, I get a much thorough job and it's included in the price of the pedicure. Second: When she start cutting my nails I noticed that she is only cutting at the center of my nail and not touching the corners. Tina were great and actually listened to my previous concern about other places. I loved my nails, my pedi not soo much i get it for the massage but not here no scrub, no massage, no lotion for 35bucks basically washed and rinse. Definitely be back for Tina to do my nails again.
