Kayla was incredible! She listened to all my thoughts, ideas, and hair concerns and executed my vision perfectly! This was my first appointment and she was so friendly & welcoming. She also was also kind enough to take the time and recommend some products for me, as well as show me some styling tips to do at home. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and the front desk staff were also very attentive and kind. I can’t wait for my next visit! (The price listed also includes a couple of the hair products I purchased in the store as well!)

Erin was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the entire process, making me feel comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. The head spa session was the perfect combination of deep relaxation and thoughtful scalp care- it truly felt like both a wellness experience and a treatment tailored just for me. I left Bei Capelli feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and absolutely wonderful. I can’t recommend Erin enough!

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience from the beginning. They were able to get me in on the same day with one of their apprentices Molly Jane for a haircut (which by the way is another sign of how amazing their program must be, because she was awesome!). She listened to exactly what I would want and delivered! They give a relaxing head massage with every shampoo, which I’ve never experienced and really added to this place. It’s also super chic and an inviting environment. Highly recommend!

Alexis was amazing! She is so kind and relatable keeping continuous conversation while being super focused on my hair and continuously checking in on me to make sure my expectations were met, and they definitely were!

I love this salon! Dee is 10/10! She’s so comfortable, cool, and knows hair. Lots of stylists would hesitate cutting my hair, thinking certain shapes wouldn’t work — but Dee manages to make it work and gives me alternatives to what I want that work with my hair type. She’s just amazing. I am so thankful I found her and this salon!
