beem® Light Sauna Westlake

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Beam Light Sauna off Capital of Texas Highway. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about the experience they provide. Will, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the services and took the time to explain everything, which made me feel really comfortable. The sauna session itself was amazing and helped me relax so much. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in Austin!

Michelle and the staff here at Beem are amazing. As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The environment is minimalistic and clean. Having your own personal sauna is definitely a first for me. I’m used to the smelly ones at the gym. I’ve been working on giving myself some alone time and having your own private room, with a sauna to yourself, really allows you to decompress after a long day. You also have an iPad that’s hooked up to the speakers inside the sauna which gives an added touch if you want some entertainment as you decompress. Highly highly recommend. Michelle was super knowledgeable and patiently guided me through instructions on how to use everything. They have a group sauna too and will definitely be back with some friends.

The perfect place to get away for an hour of uninterrupted self care. I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated after every red light and infrared sauna session. The benefits have been incredible - from glowing skin to reduced inflammation, better circulation, incredible sleep, and more energy - beem is my favorite part of my wellness routine!

I have been enjoying this sauna for a few months already since it's opening. Will and his team are doing an excellent job, keeping this place super clean and enjoyable. White plushy towels, beautiful robes, everything is working properly. I have been to quite a few saunas and I can confirm that nothing is comparable to Beem Sauna. The benefits are amazing - better sleep, decreased inflammation, clear skin etc etc. The best investment you can do is the investment in your health. I highly recommend this place and I am grateful to these guys for keeping high standards and for being sweet and attentive.

The space is clean, and the people are very friendly. I did a 15 minute red light session followed by a 45 minute sauna session. I used their shower afterwards, which was nice. They provide towels and robes, and iPads to use during the sauna session. I listened to music on Spotify. It was all very relaxing, and it felt like such a great way to care for myself. Even this one session helped me feel less sore from my workout, the next day. I just got started, so am excited to see the results with regular sessions.
