beem® Light Sauna West Bloomfield

I had a great experience at Beem West Bloomfield. The red light therapy was surprisingly relaxing and everything is new and super clean. Feels like a spa at a 5 star hotel. Definitely recommend checking it out

I had a great first experience. The staff were warm and welcoming and the location was new and clean. I did a solo red light therapy and sauna session. After, I definitely felt a mood boost and more relaxed. I also slept super well that night. Will definitely go back!

I feel so rejuvenated after my red light and infrared sauna sessions. My general inflammation resides, my legs feel lighter, and I've been able to warm up quicker for tennis matches. I've actually been surprised by the speed of the results. The staff is always friendly as well!
