I had a great experience at VIO Med Spa in West Bloomfield. The place is clean, modern, and very professional from the second you walk in. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually take the time to explain everything instead of rushing you through. Treatments were efficient and results were exactly what I expected. No upselling pressure, no gimmicks — just solid service and quality work. You can tell they know what they’re doing and care about doing it right. If you want a reliable, well-run med spa with a professional team, this is the spot. Highly recommend.

I’m 38 years old and had never done Botox, wrinkle relaxers, or fillers before. I wanted a confidence boost, but something very natural. From the start, Celine, Rewa, and Sandra were patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. They answered all my questions and walked me through every step, making me feel completely comfortable. First I started with a Hydrafacial and dermaplane with Chas! Let me just tell you it was incredible not only was it relaxing, but the results were amazing Celine and Rewa recommended Daxxify as the best place to start, and I’m so glad I trusted them. A couple weeks later, I’m glowing and feel the confidence I had at 25—at almost 39. I recently returned to see Celine and Sandra for my first lip filler. I wanted it subtle and natural, especially to address my upper lip.

This is the best med spa in all of Michigan. The women here do an absolutely outstanding job. I have never looked so beautiful in my entire life. I love my lips and my face is finally balanced. They are helping me look my absolute best for my upcoming wedding. The headband show what I look like right after. You can see that my jaw is so much more even and I have less lines. I feel like my cheeks are really more full and I look younger and I can’t wait for it to settle and just fill out and look better and better every day. Everything looks supernatural. I know my lips will calm down, but they’re so even and so beautiful and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experiences is at this spa.

Celine is amazing and conservative. She wants you to look and feel your best and treats according to your own anatomy. I've gotten Botox else where that caused my brows to be heavy. Not here! She is wonderful.

I paid $750 for Botox and saw absolutely no results after three weeks. I was promised I wouldn’t need a touch-up, then they refused to correct it. I’ve had Botox many times before with great results at lower cost. This was a total waste of money. Consider other options. Think twice before spending your money
