Such a great place to step away and actually relax after a busy week! Both the sauna and red light therapy have helped my stress levels, skin and sleep! Not to mention every single staff member I’ve encountered have been so kind. A few even remember my name as soon as I walk in. Highly recommend the unlimited membership as it pays itself off after just a few visits!

This place was amazing. Great biohacking for the body with the infrared sauna and the red light therapy. All very relaxing while getting this essential benefits for the body.
