Helania was wonderful and took the time to walk me through each step of the process, from the infrared room to the sauna, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I tried the green light therapy in the sauna, and afterward I felt noticeably better from the inside out. My body felt more relaxed, my stress level dropped, and I was even able to walk much easier. If you’re looking for alternative ways to reduce stress and support your wellness beyond medication, I definitely recommend giving it a try at least once. It was a refreshing and rejuvenating experience!

This place is exactly what my wife and I were looking for! We have tried a few other places with “have a sauna” and red light therapy, but never found a place that we really loved. So far our experience at Beem has been incredible. The staff is super friendly, signing up for appts was easy, the place was ultra clean and well designed, and they have all the services we are looking for without the fluff. So far we’ve done the infrared Sauna (they have one big enough for 3 people) and the red light, but I’m excited to try the green light to help with recovery next. Been there twice already and I feel like a million bucks every time I leave! Highly, recommend.

This place is such a gem! The red light therapy and infrared sauna leave me feeling rejuvenated, energized, and ready to take on my day. Having that one hour to myself is priceless. The studio is spotless and has a gorgeous, calming aesthetic that makes it feel like a true retreat. The staff are awesome—so welcoming and kind that they instantly feel like friends. And the little details, like the luxurious scented cold towel after a good sweat, make the whole experience next level. I always leave refreshed and recharged! 100% recommend.
