beem® Light Sauna Raleigh

My first time at Beem was great! Liz and Lindsay made me feel really welcomed. I walked out feeling amazing. I had no idea what to expect but it was smooth process. I received red light therapy and will be going back for the sauna experience! I signed up for unlimited services on the same day! Go visit them and relax a little!

We had an INCREDIBLE first time experience here on Sunday. The staff is so so nice, and the sauna rooms are so clean and calming. I highly recommend stopping by to check out the saunas. 10/10, thank you Beem!

Went for not one but two sessions over the course of the weekend while in town for a wedding. The first experience was so great I had to go back the next day for another. You could tell that the combination of the light therapy and heat really helped bring my energy levels up so I could fully enjoy the weekend. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The studio was so clean and loved the ability to play music while in the sauna. I will definitely be going back when I’m back in Raleigh but honestly wish I lived here so I could get a membership!!
