This was my first Light Sauna experience and I absolutely loved it. Beem Light Sauna is bright and clean, the private rooms are feel relaxing and the staff are so welcoming and explained everything in detail. I left the experience feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Great experience! Did a 40-minute infrared sauna after a workout for recovery and left feeling amazing. Hannah was so kind and thoughtful. The space was super clean, and the little touches made it extra relaxing- would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to add some alternative ways to optimize!

Beem Light Sauna is hands down my new favorite wellness escape! From the moment you walk in, the space is clean, modern, and calming. The staff is welcoming and everything is thoughtfully set up for a relaxing experience. The infrared sauna cabins are spotless and beautifully designed — I felt completely refreshed and recharged after just one session. My skin felt glowy, my body relaxed, and my mood totally lifted. Not to mention, Hannah and her staff are amazing — so friendly, professional, and genuinely care about your experience. I treated myself to a Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna session as an early birthday gift. My first visit to Beem was a great experience, and I really appreciated Hannah's kindness and gentle approach, especially since it was my first time. She also provided written instructions (since I’m hard of hearing), which made it easy for me to follow along and know exactly what to do. The session left me feeling incredibly relaxed, and I look forward to exploring more of their services.

I was so excited when the only Infrared Sauna in this area, opened. Since I began my membership in April, I have had nothing but positive experiences from the extremely friendly staff. With Hannah running the day to day operations, the staff has been visibly more positive and engaging. The benefits of infrared are so tremendous, so it is wonderful coming to such a welcoming place.
