beem® Light Sauna Nashville-Green Hills

I absolutely loved my experience at Beem Light Nashville!! I bought a month unlimited promotion in December with goals of having some “me” time and stress relief. I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff was. They greet you by name and were very knowledgeable. It was easy to book sessions on the app. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sauna experience was very relaxing and I loved that they give you an iPad and cool scented towel! This was also my first time doing red light beds and I noticed an improvement in my skin throughout the month. Highly recommend Beem Light Sauna Nashville!

I love going to beem. The red light therapy has definitely helped with my inflammation. I feel so much better. The staff is excellent and is always helpful.

From the moment I stepped inside, everyone greeted me with a warm smile. Hannah, in particular, gave me a tour and provided valuable information about the red light therapy and sauna. The experience was truly exceptional. I left with radiant, dewy skin and a sense of overall lightness. It was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating session. I literally thought about it and talked about my time there for the rest of the day!

Very good experience, 6 days without power and we got 2 person sauna. It was so great! Clean efficient and warm!!! They provided towels to sit on and cooling towel. Just bring water!
