beem® Light Sauna - College Park

Went to Beem today for their red light and infrared sauna with my husband and WOW… we feel great! I take NAD & have heard about how great it is paired with red light therapy so I’ve been excited to try a full body red light bed. I loved the dry heat of the infrared sauna instead of the steam saunas I’m used to. I know one session isn’t enough to see the full benefits but we’ll be coming regularly and update our review. My husband recently injured his knee so we want to see how he feels after a few weeks of the red light therapy too.

The beem staff is very pleased and professional. They’ve hired good people to keep the atmosphere professional friendly and relaxing. Lily is a great manager! The owner who I’ve met briefly really believes in the health effects or Infared sauna and red light therapies. She is knowledgeable on her service and how to maximize the benefits of each. The place is clean and the prices amazing!

This has become such a staple in my routine! The sauna and red light services have been such a game changer in the way I feel. The staff there is so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend them enough! I’ve loved the unlimited package.
