I absolutely love Beem Light Sauna Studio! The staff are always so attentive and friendly — they make every visit feel welcoming and relaxing. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day. I go about 3-4 times a week because the results are truly phenomenal — I feel better, sleep better, and my skin has never looked so good. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a consistent self-care routine that actually makes a difference!

Very clean and welcoming environment and friendly staff. Most importantly, the red light has really helped with my knee pain and I'm noticing improvement in my skin as well. I was very skeptical but now I'm a regular!

The Red Light Therapy rooms at Beem Light Sauna have been a great addition to my weekly routine for athletic recovery from triathlon training and I highly recommend them. I used them initially to help with inflammation in my hip but have continued to use Red Light therapy since then for overall recovery and just generally feeling better all around. It is a great wellness tool for anyone who wants to invest in their health!
