This was by far the most rushed nail salon experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff hurried me to pick a color. One of them came over and quickly started suggesting multiple shades, almost like she was in a rush to go somewhere. I wanted to take my time and choose my own color, but she insisted, saying “This one is pretty, just do this,” and took the samples away. I’ve never been to a salon where they choose the color for you like that—and I didn’t even like the one she pushed on me. The nail work itself was terrible. The cuticle trimming was so rough and painful that I ended up bleeding, and the polish was uneven and bumpy. I’ve never seen such poor quality at a nail salon. Always available when I call for appointments. Take walk ins too. $5 cheaper than other nearby places for gel and so many more colors to choose from. Brand new pedicure chairs for 2025! Did a fun design for me for the holidays. This is now my go to spot!

The salon is in desperate need of a face lift. The girl who did my M&P was rude and quick. I told her I had my own box and she replied, ok and didn’t get up to get it. The window has been boarded up since before Christmas and it smelled like a restaurant when I walked it in. It was offensive for a nail salon. I believe the customers who have an appointment get the better treatment. And, I paid more than I did the last time I was there. I didn’t get any color for my mani. If the prices went up, there should be a posting about it. Thinking twice about going back.

A week and a half after getting a dip manicure… total of 6 nails were cracked and chipped - pointer finger as shown totally cracked off. Normal wear on fingers (wear gloves when washing dishes, etc).
