Studio Process is a true gem salon! Their services exceed beyond most other salons in the area. Krystal really takes the time and care to listen to you, and to provide you with the look you desire. She is a visionary and her talents are obvious as soon as she starts her magic. As a plus, Krystal is personable with a great sense of humor, so it’s easy to feel at home in her salon! I couldn't recommend Studio Process more. The owner and head stylist Krystal is one of a kind. She puts thought, creativity and intention into absolutely every single appointment I've had. She takes self care to a whole new level. From consultation to finish you feel like you're on a whole other level of self care in this salon. Krystal gave me my first real haircut and styling in years since growing it out long (and living through botched Great Clips cuts, cutting my own bangs, etc. 😅). She is so sweet and fun, and took the time to review my reference photos to come up with a style that would fit my face and hair. So happy with the bangs and layers we landed on.
