Loyal customer or not, they don’t listen and when they make a mistake, they don’t fix it…. I asked for a soak off because my nails were long healthy. She told me she was going to cut the acrylic down but cut my nails off too. Which I asked her not to because I wanted to do them myself. Mind you she charged me for this half ass soak off which was pointless cause I barely have any natural nails now.

Great nails all the time. Kelly and the other nail techs are professional and makes sure the customers are taken care of and satisfied. I’ve been going here since she opened and they keep up to date with trends and care about nail health.

I've been going to this place for over a year and the business owner used The longevity of Hard doing my nails to make me pay for a job that they drilled way too deep into the bedding of my nail so now I will be calling my lawyer and suing. Bye Bebe nails .

I love this place, is my favorite so far, I love how they do my nails and the attention is the best, I always get my nails done with Yoyo

Kelly and her crew eats down!!! Whatever design you bring in they can do. I'm always getting compliments on my nails.
