Went to her a few times, most recently she changed the price on me at the end of my appointment despite proof of a previously agreed price in the system and via text. Provided no reason for the new price and no evidence of a new price in the system or via communication platforms. Threatened me and held me against my will until I gave her the more money. She makes up the price and conveniently forgets to include your deposit, so do not trust her iPhone calculations. I have proof of all of this and had to go to the authorities since the nature of these styles are so expensive and the up charge was steep. I only got the originally agreed upon service, no changes. Deeply unprofessional I won’t be back.

I have gotten my hair done here multiple times! I love the work and personal atmosphere! She has hooked my hair up for every vacation and summer! Definitely my go to! And I love how professional she is! My appointment starts on time everytime!
