Favorite Beauty Supply Store.. Few things I've purchased during this visit...

I’ve only shopped in this store a few times since I’ve moved to Lansdowne and every time I visit this store I have the same feeling, Intense and uncomfortable. The owners are watching your every move. I Don’t like that. I refuse to spend my hard earned dollars with a business that is low key trying to rush me out. It’s unfortunate because they carry a lot of products. Owners, if you do not trust your customers to freely walk around the store and shop then it might be wise for you to not run a store. They smile at you and talk to you but you can feel the intensity of hurry up, buy and leave.

The workers are inexperienced in hair. I sent my partner inside to get me a few things with photos. He told me that there was a girl working that said that my products “were for white people.” I don’t know why you would say that, and then proceed to not help. I’m sure it was because there was 30 minutes until closing. Still not an excuse. Please hire people that know what they’re doing. Maybe cosmetology students ? Idk.

They usually have the products I need at good prices. If you need help, the girl working there (I forget her name) knows what she's talking about and is good at making recommendations. Most importantly they don't follow you around in this store like many other beauty supply stores do, which is why I won't shop at them.
