If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service in this place is absolutely ridiculous on how rude they are, especially the person of Asian Ethnicity I am absolutely baffled that people will allow their customer service to be so poor. I was going in to buy a new wig and the man accused me of stealing and my friend had the Same issue. you all just lost a loyal customer due to your very crappy customer service. And you’re all about to lose more customers because I’m telling all my friends to stop coming here they scam you because one time I was trying to buy a bonnet and on the packaging it looked like it would be the right size and when I got to my car and opened it… It looked like it was made for a clown and when I went back inside to return it, the man told me no returns

The owners are the best! It’s a shame how badly Harrisonburg treats them and how badly the customers come in their store and do illegal things like stealing from them. This store is wonderful and has so many things that you need. I go and buy hair every week or 2 from them at wonderful prices , everytime I need a new hairstyle I know exactly where to go. If I show the owners hair or products I would like to see in their store within a month I go in there and they always have it! I am very happy we have this place in Harrisonburg now and it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The hair is long lasting, the products are fresh as well. I love to get their oils! I have read the reviews and I don't doubt them at all. The man that was there was very welcoming and helpful.

I would recommend to NOT purchase from this business. The manager is very rude to it's customers. I wanted to exchange a hair color because the products color was different than what was on the packaging. The husband continued to tell me to be quiet as I was explaining the color in the bottle was different than what's stated on the packaging. There were other bottles labeled with a picture of the hair color on it than the packaging. He continued to tell me to "stop talking because I didn't understand". I told him I have been using this color for quite a bit and know what to expect. I think it was the wife who came and put her hand on his shoulder and was speaking to him in their language promoting him to calm down. They will yell and get in your face at you and your kids for touching any product . A young lady was telling me about her small business and the owner yelled at her to get out and promote herself outside!!! Nobody that looks like the owners come in there to spend money We do !!!
