Can't believe that they charged. 50¢ for bag when I spent $20. They are bad business people. One last thing they don’t volunteer a receipt so if you need one ask because I forgot to ask for mine. Being mad about that expensive bag.

I’ve been going here for about 4 years , it was sad because usually i would have money to pay for my hair but this time it wasn’t hair it was lip gloss and it was 1.99 and all I had was 1.50 the guy acted like he could not take the 1.50 for lip gloss and i come back. Very rude and inconsiderate.

They do not offer refunds here! Even with a receipt! I had receipt and made an exchange, lady @ the counter was unhappy because i had the receipt and exchanged an unopened full item so she couldn't turn me away! Products are pretty good! Only downsides are some items are not marked and customer service is not too good!

If you've had a bad experience and then decided to give Beauty World on College Drive in Clementon another chance, you may want to think again. They have workers there that are so rude and don't treat their customers with respect. My mom, baby and I went out to relax at the park today and take a walk. After we were a little hungry and decided to get a little snack at the Pretzel Factory. After leaving there I remembered I needed hair clips and there was a beauty store a couple stores down, so we went in. Well I bought the hair clips but when putting my clips underneath in the baby stroller we had to move the things that were already there which included our jackets, collapsible chairs and some soft pretzels we just bought from The Philly Pretzel Factory. New to area and wandered in. Was immediately asked if I needed help. I said I was just looking and I was left to just look, like I wanted to. Found one product that I would have paid twice as much on line for. Have many very good, natural products. I bought an eyeliner, lip liner, brush, 2 oils, clear lip gloss and paid less than $20 for all. Everything I have used I have been more than satisfied with. Will be visiting this store again.
