Beauty Vault Beauty supply

Black owned establishment, the best customer service, the vibes are on point. I went in to look for supplies for my first lace front and the associate pointed me to the every product I needed and explained the purpose. Overall 10/10 for service , atmosphere and price. I encourage anyone to visit the beauty vault only 2 locations open but it’s definitely worth it.

Actually very disappointed. I was excited because it was black owned and 2 minutes from me. I went went there 3 times since I found out about them 4 months ago. I could go somewhere more reasonably priced down the street but I support black businesses. I went December 21st. They were closed. Went twice December 22nd. They were closed. Mind you the sign and door says open. I reach out on IG and asked for business hours. I was ignored. They then posted that they would be closed the next two days. Xmas and Xmas eve. Ok. I went Friday. They were still closed. Went Saturday they were open. I was getting a frontal and a closer with hair dye. The total was over $500. I was confused. She said the frontal was $355. Went to their website and that’s actually the cost of a whole wig.

I am extremely happy to see that zip 77014 has final been blessed to have this outstanding business in our community!!! This businesses is greatly needed!! We did not have a beautiful well-stocked beauty supply or a nice braid shop where you can buy the hair of your choice for your new style. I am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to utilize the braid salon on last night for my teens braids!! I love how beautiful and well maintained the braid salon is keep. Also, their is a incredible selection at the beauty supply. My teen daughter is excited to go back to shop. We love the business manger Ashlei, she went over board to make sure our experience was meaningful from the time we entered the business!

They are very helpful here, and though they don't have the biggest stock of some items, they have what i need and it's not overwhelming. I also don't feel like I'm under surveillance here like you do at non-Black-owned beauty supply stores. I feel safe here, welcomed and like there's someone who can help me who knows what they're talking about. I will always come back!

I went today . Well I can say the store was very clean. The young lady was very nice and courteous. . I wish I could have purchased something but they took cash only for now. but that's ok no worries. I'll be back again. To the young lady thank you.
