Beauty Town

I've been a customer of Beauty Town in Barrington for years, and while they have a decent selection of hair supplies, it's not always consistent. The staff is friendly, but I'm often disappointed they don't carry specific items I need, like the Senegalese hair I've been wanting to try. It's convenient for some things, but I can't always rely on them to have everything.

They have everything you need, one stop shop for sure. Very welcoming as soon as you walk in. I’ve never received bad customer service from this place, definitely recommend

Hair is pretty good I got this lace front for $49, I have had the wig for almost exactly a month and it’s still in the same shape as I bought it, but don’t be blaming this store if your wig synthetic and you don’t brush it 😂

Be Careful when buying this hair from these people, they will sell you anything just to get you you to buy. And then after you buy the hair. “ it’s NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES I wonder why🤔🤔😤 they hair feels nothing like the words they put on the package. Rip off if you everyone else buy hair this hair. ladies never pick up this pack of hair this is Synthetic hair.

Man working told me if I wanted to try on a wig it would be a dollar each try on, I told him I would pay the dollar. I wear fake hair often and didn’t see a problem with it. Then after a few seconds Man working turned me down to buy a wig that I wanted to purchase and told me I couldn’t buy it because I was white. Considering I have an interest in hair and love doing and trying new things I was really taken back and felt that was an unnecessary and unreasonable thing to say.
