City Nail & Spa

Great experience at City Nails & Spa! The staff is friendly and professional, and the salon is clean and relaxing. My 12 yo daughter loves her nails — they look perfect. We will definitely come back!

I went as a walk-in on a Sunday about a month ago. There was a minimal wait. The young lady, Flora, who did my nails was PHENOMENAL!!! I got a full set of acrylic nails for the first time in over 10 years and she did such a great job. I spent 2 weeks packing and moving furniture then moved over 1000 miles away and have spent another 2 weeks unpacking and moving more furniture. I haven’t had one nail break or chip! I have barely any lift, either. I hate that I found her right before I moved because I would go back to her every time if I could! She also did my design freehand and I have gotten so many compliments. These pictures are from today, 4 weeks after having them done. Wanted to get these posted before I have them done again.

The girl that did my nails her name was flora and she really iced my nails done and she was quick her hand massages feel sooo good and I got treated with a coke a cola. This place was a 10/10 I’m definitely coming back

Absolutely miserable experience. **To reply to the owner's comment- I did decline for the tech to continue on the FOURTH attempt because she clearly was not able to paint nails. I do not have endless time to sit while someone practices. There are ZERO posted signs about not offering refunds and I think I was very reasonable in my request yet your staff showed an alarming lack of customer service skills and made the other guests extremely uncomfortable. I spoke up about the poor service right away in a respectful way and was treated very poorly. I'll make sure to never set foot in your store again and I hope other people see this and choose elsewhere for nail services* I went here this morning to treat my friend to a pedicure for her birthday. This was my first time visiting City Nails & Spa, and Flora truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve been searching for a new nail tech, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She made sure I was happy with every detail, and as someone who’s very particular about my French tips, I can confidently say she did an amazing job. If you visit, definitely ask for Flora — 10/10 recommend!
