I met, I believe, was the owner. She was very disrespectful and rude. I asked for help, and she was very short and off-putting. I asked for a specific brand (that my hairdresser recommended), and she abruptly told me they didn't carry it. I asked her what she recommended, her body language and response were rude and condensending. I am new to the area and have passed this particular beauty supply store frequently and looked forward to finally having the chance to come it. Very disappointing visit. I will look for another beauty supply store, and I most certainly will not be going back to this one. I'm very disappointed.

The lady is so very nice and also very helpful without giving you any attitude about asking questions in detail about certain products as some customer reps can be. Also I like to say that of course you cannot return things for cash money usually at beauty supply stores but she makes it even better because it hurts tour you get money added to an account your phone number, and it should every time that you make a purchase a little bit builds up and you can use it towards any future purchase. Really comes in handy! :-)

I LOVE the store and the customer service! Unlike Royal, you're treated like a paying customer, there's no "accidental" over charges on ya card, and you're not being followed as you shop. Lol. Miss Kim is the sweetest and too funny. There's also a rewards program put in place where you can rack up on points (cash) that can be used towards another purchase at anytime. The products are great, some can be a bit pricey vs other supply stores, but it's worth it bc of the atmosphere. I'll be seeing this place today for some supplies and I know my experience will be as it's always been, easy and satisfaction.

I had good reviews for this store, until I experienced unfair practices!! Same wig , stated only one left first the price was $39.99. Then comes back couple of days later now its $44.99!! Made up price and a rip off!! Case in point; red wine synthetic wig , last one is thats what was told by owner. Not so; same wig but in black, right lower than color wigs? No, it's higher $25.99!! Made up price to rip off people in what is called the poor ghetto neighborhood!! It's unfair and deceitful!! It needs to stop and she needs to close up shop!
