Just had a 5 star experience getting a regular mani pedi for myself and my 8 year old. This place was clean, bright, everyone working there was friendly and smiling and they did a great job on both me and my daughter. They even have those adorable mini pedi chairs for the kids which was a HUGE bonus. I've been other places where my daughter had to sit in a full size pedi chair. She's tiny and she had to literally lay down with her neck and head resting against the back of the chair which is ridiculous. She fit easily in the chair and they made her feel so comfortable. It's a smaller salon and it didn't smell like fumes like other places I've been to. She and I both loved it!

I received a very good pedicure. Recently moved here from Fla and I would like to do without the sales pitch at the beginning of the app't for extra services. It seems to occur in every nail business and honestly, it's rude! If I wanted to spend additional money, I would have scheduled additional services. Why are the LI clients putting up with this, or is it because I'm a new client?

Absolutely horrible. There is a “2 week guarantee” for a reason. After 3 days my nails started to chip after receiving an organic gel manicure. I returned to have them fixed. 2 days after having them fixed 3 more nails started to chip and peeled off. This manicure lasted a total of 7 days and costed $45 dollars. Mind you, the owner made sure to charge me $2 extra to have my ring fingers painted with glitter. I will never return here, big rip off!

I've been a customer of Heidy's since she first opened her doors. The salon is always very clean and well kept. I've started gel manicures since shoppers re-opened post-pandemic and I absolutely love them. I'm a happy customer at Beauty Spa!

I moved out of Oakdale 5 months ago. Went to several different nail salons near my new place of residence and have been unhappy. I travel back and forth from Bethpage to Oakdale to come see Heidi and her girls because her Salon is clean her products are the best my nails last longest. I will never go anywhere else. And Heidi is one of the hardest working women I have ever known. Best nail salon ever
