I had a diamond glow here. Amy was very friendly and professional, and the clinic was super clean and relaxing. My skin felt so refreshed and glowing right after the treatment, I have a very sensitive skin but Amy listened to my concern and used mild products. I came here expecting a professional, uplifting experience a place where women go to feel confident, cared for, and rejuvenated. Instead, I was completely ignored. Being overlooked in a space designed to make clients feel seen and pampered was incredibly disheartening. I hope they can learn that attention, kindness, and basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional especially in a place meant to help people feel better about themselves.
