Christa is the BEST! She’s just a warm, intuitive, and genuine human. Not only does she listen intently to me, but also my body with all its aches and neediness! Christa has been instrumental in helping me with my neck/back pain due spinal stenosis. I love that she practices multi therapies…AND those hot stones!!! Each massage is focused and relaxing, but mostly healing! Her knowledge reaches beyond our sessions and Christa has recommended other resources/exercises to lessen pain and promote healing, which I truly welcome. I just can’t describe every way your massage will be amazing or how deeply calm, peaceful and relaxed you’ll feel.
