Beauty Sensation #5

Man at the front counter is extremely rude. I was purchasing two items and during the transaction something was wrong with the card reader. He proceeded to speak to me disrespectfully and I left in the middle of the transaction. Plenty of other beauty supplies in the area other than this one to give your money to.

I was purchasing something from there and the male owner with the horrible attitude was at the front. He started checking me out and I asked him wasn’t it a specific price and he told me he did I see him scan it and that was the price. I told him nicely I no longer wanted that specific item and he told me I needed to go put it back. That’s why I left because those two smart remarks was all I needed. I will drive an extra hour before I set foot back in there. One thing about it I have seen him be rude before. I will NEVER be back in that store. As an owner there is a way business should be conducted but because in that area it is supply and demand so he don’t care how he treats his customers. If I could give no stars I would but I had to give one to leave a review.

Very nice owners. They help me find everything I needed. Big variety in this store. It’s really big so there is so much to get from here as well. One stop shop!

It’s big, beautiful, organized, and has everything you need. Monique was a big help, she knows her stuff for sure. We will definitely be back. This my new go to beauty supply store!!

I was so excited to see a closer beauty supply store near me but lord this guy had me pissed I shop their all the time and I walked in looking for products and yes some items are pricey so I walked up read it noticed it had been opened already so I opened it as well to see if it was the correct product im looking for and the guy from the counter started yelling at me then got in my face as I was explaining to him that it was already open a d I don't want to waste money buy the wrong product he then cursed at me and it was weird because now I will drive that extra block to shop else where because no one will belittle me or degrade me were I spend my money.. hell no
