Had my eyebrows done at Beauty Rule. It was my first visit. It’s super cute and the team’s great. Alexandria shaped my untamed eyebrows spectacularly. She was gentle and she took her time, and they came out perfectly. I’ll definitely be booking skin treatments here. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I spend summers in Portland for work, and so naturally, I started looking around for a dedicated lash technician for whenever I’m here. I was very impressed by the owner Cherie (who is very sweet and accommodating)’s work, based on Yelp reviews and results on instagram, so I decided to give her a shot last week - and I was not disappointed! I ended up going with a light volume lash fill, as well as a quick IPL laser facial to treat minor redness on my cheeks, and she even threw in a permanent silver anklet (look at that adorable heart chain!). Beauty Collective is a full service salon, and I will definitely be returning for all my beauty needs in the future. My sister and cousin went here for a fun cousins’ activity and we got matching permanent bracelets! We love our bracelets and our experience here. Cheri was so nice and patient with us as we carefully chose our pieces. Highly recommend coming here for a girls trip!

Rachel is the best!! She always gets my lashes looking perfect and knows exactly how I like them. I never have to tell her what I want, she just knows! The little waiting area is also super cute and relaxing. Highly recommend this salon!
