Beauty Queen 98 Cents Store

I had been coming here for a few years, and while they do have a big selection of hair and other items, the customer service is always TERRIBLE! I've noticed with their customers, who seem to be mainly black people (including myself) come in, the managers follow them around, speak in aggressive tones, and are never polite or kind to customers. I went in there this past week and they were watching every move I made and were acting as if I was going to steal something. I'm like its 2025, people are still acting like this TOWARDS THE VERY GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS!!?? I will never return to this store, there is no way that I'll be patronizing a store where I feel like I'm a suspect. RACISM IS NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!! The young boy needs to learn to talk to people with respect. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Every person matters. Won’t be ever returning to a place where I don’t feel welcomed. Appreciate all business.

This place is so huge!! I got hair,clothes, and a rug all in one spot!! That girl Stephanie really be on it. As soon as u walk in the store she make u feel at home! She even installed my sister wig, just awesome I’m in love with this place
